Earlier in the week, I wrote about how my business had changed in two years since I abandoned my old business model which had been based on Twitter.
From 30 views of my content 2 years ago to over 12,000 views on Medium this month and 30,000 views on one YouTube channel.
I am the first to admit that views can mean nothing if you do nothing with them, but if you focus on turning eyes on your content into followers and subscribers, then you can’t help but succeed.
I used this month's views to grow my Substack subscribers by 10% and gain 600+ new followers on Medium and 500 new YouTube Subscribers.
This is the snowball effect, keep putting content out there even when you don’t want to and success will come.
It is Inevitable.
Take Away…
Turn up every day, even if you don’t feel like it.
Publish Content every day and build a habit.
Use your content to build and engage with your audience.
Create one offer and focus on that until it’s time to change.
That WILL bring you success.

Create a series of 5 messages your ideal audience needs to hear.
Use one of those messages in your daily article (Monday to Friday)
Link that article to your engagement “device” For me, that’s this newsletter.
Create content once or twice a week that shows your audience how to mirror your success.
Create an offer that helps them implement what you have shown them.
Never forget your offer should help people implement and transform not learn, the learning should come before the offer!
